Thank you for Enrolling for the Hair Extension Course

Thank you for your registration

The student coordinator will email you the registration confirmation as soon as possible.

Your pre-course checklist:

Please carry out the steps listed below before closing this window.

  • Do you have a model already? If you do please e-mail us: info@mkfinstitute.com her name, contact number and e-mail address. If you don't have a model yet we will get her details on the first day of the course

Note What you will need to study this course:

    • To source your model
    • To decide whether you are paying for your model's hair or the model is. You can either pay for your models hair or let the model pay, whatever suits you. Hair cost is between €70-€150 depending on length and amount needed. The client consultation on first day is to get the correct shade for the model and to give the stockists details to the models so they can order their hair. The stockists are based in Ireland
    • You need to bring your hair styling equipment with you: GHD/curler, hair dryer, comb, hair brush. To style your model's hair on the second day of course. The micro beads hair extensions fitting tools are available in the college for students to use
    • Pen and paper to take notes

Please ensure you carry out the steps above before closing this window. You can also bookmark the page to return to it later if cannot complete all of the steps now.

Welcome from the student coordinator

Thank you for registering for a course with us. I would like to take the opportunity to welcome you to the college and to introduce myself.

I am the student coordinator at the MKF Institute and my job is to assist students with any queries they might have.

Please feel free to contact me at info@mkfinstitute.com or via phone on 0818 33 21 21

To ensure you have a productive time with us I would also be grateful if you could read the following guidelines:

  • The college expect participants to respect their tutors and the rest of the class by arriving 10 minutes early for each and every class. The college opens 10 minutes before class time
  • The people you will be studying with on your first day are your team for the remainder of your course. It is a good idea to get to know them. The college encourages participants to help one another and to participate fully during class.
  • Absenteeism and tardiness disrupts the entire flow of a workshop, therefore we ask that you attend classes and arrive on time. Note that classes missed by a participant will not be rescheduled.
  • Neither will students that have missed classes/have not completed the full course be transferred to another course. Refunds are not available.
  • We advise participants that a maximum of 5 hours is advised outside of the classroom for students to complete assignments, practice, research.
  • The start and end date of your course is set taking bank holidays into consideration. Unless otherwise stated we do not open bank holidays.
  • The college does not schedule extra hours /days unless actual course material is missed due to unforeseeable delays affecting the college. In this instance the college will schedule extra class to cover the materials.
  • The college will not transfer students that have missed classes to another. Neither will the college provide refunds for people that have for whatever reasons not completed the course.

Andrew Dickinson, Student Coordinator.
